How much does the shipment cost?-We are fully covering the shipment fees.
Will I be notified of the order status?-Yes, you will receive the order confirmation and shipment notification.
What is the delivery time for the shipment?-The delivery time in Poland can take up to one week, outside of Poland up to 3 weeks.
-The product weighs approximately 46kg. Due to the heaviness of the product please make sure if the chosen wall is strong enough to hold that much weight.
What materials are the products made of?-Our products are made from glass and stainless steel.
Can the products be used outside?-We recommend keeping it inside to prevent it from any weather caused damages.
What are the marks on the back of the product?-Since the steel pieces that were taking part in our campaign video were the original products, there are some visible marks. Please appreciate the process that was meant to be captured.
Will there be any restocks of previous pieces?-Each piece is unique, therefore there won’t be any reproduction.
Where are your products made?-Our products are 100% made in Poland.
What is the best way to clean the product?-The object should be wiped with a dry, soft microfiber cloth dedicated to delicate surfaces. For more stubborn smudges you can use a glass cleaner based on alcohol.

-Installation elements and instruction will be included. We advise handling our product with soft gloves to protect it from scratches.

The package arrived damaged. What should I do?-If you receive a damaged parcel, you should sign a damage report and take photos of the damage in the presence of the courier. The complaint should include the order number, the photos and description of the issue. -Accepting the package will be adequate to accepting the state of the product. Please make sure to check your package in presence of the courier.
